7) Warranty & Repairs. We aim for durable products. Our two-season Rain Warranty covers windframe tuning and seam retape per the policy posted on our site.

8) Returns & Cancellations. If permitted by local law and our posted policy, eligible items may be returned in unworn condition with original tags within the stated window.

9) Acceptable Use. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with security, scrape content, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
